The Town of Batesburg-Leesville Fire & Police Departments welcome young men & women between the ages of 14 and 21 to participate in the department’s explorer post. We feel that it offers the explorer an unparalleled opportunity to serve the public in a meaningful way while learning new skills and interacting with their peers who have the same interests
We feel it offers an opportunity to gain experience and education in our fields of work. There will be training meetings, community projects, field trips and other events that will offer this experience.
The Explorer post meets every other Thursday Night from 6:30-8:00 while school is in session. Meetings are held at Fire Station 26 located at 537 West Church Street Batesburg-Leesville 29006. For information contact Jfrye@batesburg-leesville.org
