The Central Midlands Council of Governments is studying public transportation needs in Batesburg-Leesville. Public transportation could include buses or vans taking people places in Batesburg-Leesville, and also between Batesburg-Leesville and Columbia. We would like to know what you think about the need for public transportation. Please let us know your thoughts and ideas by completing an online survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZDWGD7V. The results of the survey will be used to help assess the need for public transportation, and to develop appropriate transit options that are responsive to the community’s needs. The survey will be available through December 31.
