RFP for Pine Street Corner Parking Lot

The Town of Batesburg-Leesville is accepting bids for a RFP (Request for Proposals) for the Pine Street Corner Parking Lot.  The project will convert the corner lot at the intersection of North Pine Street and West church Street into a new and improved parking lot with approximately 40 parking spaces, improved drainage and landscaping.  

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: May 14th at 2:00 pm at site (intersection of North Pine Street and West Church Street)

Bid Opening: May 28th at 2:200 pm at 120 West Church Street Suite B
